  Went last Friday eve for drinks. Waited my turn behind 1 customer already being served. (no probs!). Another Bar person strolls out of kitchen, ignores me, opens a till, serves someone else. Walked over, sees me, tells me to wait then serves yet another customer who arrived after us.?
  
  Sod this. We were thirsty so we went to Wetherspoons!
  
  Seahorse OK for lunch; but for weekend drinking, avoid.

  Food is nice and the staff are helpful and friendly but service is slow.
  
  We were told at the door it would be 25 minutes for a table which we said yes to.
  
  Having a toddler with us we thought we could just get away with that.
  
  After being seated and ordering we were told it would be another hour for food.
  
  I can't say if this is typical but that was our experience.
  
  Saying that I can't complain about the food and the staff that served us.
  
  We would go again but without the toddler.

  Cheap and cheerful. Avoid peak times if you don't want to eat around a lot of kids. However great if you want to eat with the family.

  Served food before received any cutlery; had to request table get wiped as all sticky.
  Starter came with main; forgot cheese on Chicken New Yorker; didn't have mini desert wanted; had to opt for ice-cream instead.
  Otherwise staff were friendly & polite; I'd say understaffed as waiting time little extended especially for busy period.
