  Arrive early we went as a group of 6 3 adults 3 kids all under 2, I find the under 2 bit a bit rubbish but it's well managed as someone on the door the whole time, unfortunately when we were in the 3-5 part there was clearly over 5s in there and no one watching, on a number of occasions one child in particular who clearly wasn't being watched by parents was summer salting right next to small children kicked my daughter. Not the staffs fault clearly parents but I think that the under 5 s should be watched too. Bit expensive if it's only 2 hours really not sure why parents have to pay myself and as others have said bit steep for under 2 as there is nothing for them to really play on in there official part.

  Brilliant for kids, from babies to adults, the experience is very good. Everyone gets something from their time there. My son Tom and I have been going since he was crawling. He's 5 now and still loves it. The soft play areas are big enough for adults to Always accompany their child and staff are very accommodating. Very much a value for money experience.

  Massive play centre. A bit pricey but worth it. Not very good with disabled though. The lift could only operated by staff who were always busy. I ended up carrying my disabled daughter, her walking frame and bags up the stairs as there were no tables left available downstairs. I then found that they couldn't take payment upstairs, walked up and down those darn steps all afternoon with my daughter.
  It is a great place for play though.
